How does the experience work?
The visitor selects a fragrance on a touchscreen, the machine automatically dispenses across 3 fragrances via 3 dedicated nozzles, then the visitor applies the scent themselves. It is a personal self-service: the fragrance goes on the person, there is no ambient diffusion into the space.
How is it different from an ambient diffuser?
The Dispenser is a personal self-service: each visitor applies the fragrance on themselves on demand. An ambient diffuser, by contrast, scents the air of a whole space continuously. To offer an interactive moment and a memorable touchpoint, the Dispenser is the machine used.
Which engagement modes are available?
Three modes: Pay & Spray with contactless NFC payment per use; mini-games to win a free spray and gamify the experience; free spray in exchange for personal data or a loyalty point. Each mode is chosen by goal — revenue, engagement or data capture.
