How much does a perfume vending machine cost?+
The RIM P01 is available in three models. The Placement model costs €0 upfront — we install the machine free of charge and you earn 15% of all revenue generated. The Partner subscription is €400/month with full machine management included. The Investor option is a one-time €4,800 purchase with a 10% RIM service fee.
How profitable is a fragrance vending machine?+
Revenue depends on your venue's foot traffic. In high-traffic locations such as hotel lobbies, airport lounges, and nightclub entrances, a single RIM P01 generates €500–€2,000/month. The Placement model delivers pure passive income from day one with zero investment.
What maintenance does the RIM P01 require?+
Minimal. RIM OS™ tracks inventory levels remotely and alerts you when fragrances need restocking. For Partner and Placement models, RIM handles all maintenance and restocking. Machine cleaning takes under 10 minutes per month.
Can the machine display advertising?+
Yes. The RIM P01 features a built-in 10.1" HD Ad-Tech display for dynamic advertising, promotional videos, partner campaigns, and QR code offers. This creates an additional revenue stream beyond fragrance sales.

The RIM P01 performs best in high foot-traffic luxury settings: 4-star and 5-star hotel lobbies and restrooms, airport lounges and terminals, premium nightclubs and bars, luxury shopping centers, high-end spas and gyms, and corporate event spaces.
How long does installation take?+
Installation takes less than 2 hours. The RIM P01 requires only a standard 220V power outlet and an internet connection for RIM OS™ analytics. No plumbing or complex setup is needed.
What fragrances are available?+
The RIM P01 holds 5 fragrance SKUs simultaneously, selected from RIM's curated luxury catalog. Venues can request custom curation to match their brand identity and clientele preferences.
Is there a minimum contract duration?+
The Partner model requires a 12-month commitment. The Placement model has no minimum term. The Investor model involves a one-time machine purchase with no ongoing contractual obligations beyond the 10% service fee.
