Placement model — 15% revenue share, zero upfront

The Placement model from RIM Parfums installs the RIM P01 vending machine in your hotel, airport lounge or club at zero cost — no purchase, no subscription. You receive 15% of all revenue generated per spray, paid monthly. We handle installation, preventive maintenance, refills of the five-fragrance carousel and customer support — your team has nothing operational to manage. In practice, a high-traffic location (4-star hotel lobby, VIP lounge, premium club cloakroom) generates between €350 and €1,200 in monthly revenue based on our 2026 field data, translating to €50–€180 in net share for the venue. This model fits establishments that want to enrich the guest experience without capex, test the machine before stepping up to Partner or Investor, or add an ancillary revenue stream without additional retail floor space.

Partner subscription — €400/month, free for your guests

The Partner subscription costs €400/month and includes the RIM P01 machine, five premium rotating fragrances, on-site maintenance, RIM OS software updates and 7/7 technical support. Your guests access sprays free of charge — you charge nothing, you offer a premium amenity that reinforces your upscale positioning. The economics on RIM's side rest on behavioural data collection (fragrance preferences, peak windows, return frequency) and the ad network on the integrated 10.1" HD display, of which 100% of advertising revenue accrues to RIM. This is the option chosen by Relais & Châteaux hotels, high-end hair salons and spas seeking a tangible differentiator without complicating guest billing. Minimum commitment: 12 months, then cancellable with 60 days' notice.

Investor purchase — €4,800 + 10% service fee, full ownership

The Investor option is €4,800 upfront plus a 10% RIM service fee on revenues generated. You own the RIM P01 vending machine outright, fully control your margins, and set your own per-spray retail price (typically €1 to €3 depending on location and fragrance type). Full RIM OS access gives you real-time analytics (units sold, top-performing fragrances, peak hours), remote management of the five-SKU fragrance inventory, and ad inventory on the integrated 10.1" HD display that you monetize directly through your own local partners. Average ROI observed on locations with 800+ daily footfall: 8 to 14 months. This option suits franchisees, multi-site network operators and entrepreneurs seeking an income-producing physical asset with gross margins above 70%, particularly in airport travel-retail concessions and high-end retail networks.
